Wolf-Dietrich Gross began his professional career with an apprenticeship in ceramics. After completing his training, he decided to spend some time at sea and worked as a sailor. Having signed on in Hamburg, he eventually fell in love with Hanover and chose to settle there. Gifted with exceptional artistic talent from an early age, he went on to build a successful career as an artist and designer. He contributed to the creation of theme parks, rigged and decorated pirate ship rides, crafted artificial rock landscapes, and transformed ship decks into immersive adventure environments through his unique decorative designs.
